Booking Info and Discounts

For a two week booking a sum of £150 will be deducted from the total bill. This applies for any time in the year.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrive after 3pm on the Day of Arrival. Depart by 11 am on the day of departure.
Prices shown are inclusive of: All occupants agreed at the time of booking, Gas and electricity used during your stay, supply and laundry of bed linen and towels.
Please note, the cottage is strictly non smoking.

Booking Procedure


  • Please email your booking details using the following link, book@smaglencottage.com
  • The initial booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received.
  • There is a non-returnable deposit of £100 per week booked (which is of course deducted from the price of your holiday) .
  • Payment details will be sent by email on confirmation of the booking.
  • The balance is due in full 6 weeks in advance of your arrival, no reminder will be sent for the balance, so to avoid disappointment please ensure your final payment has reached us by the given date.
  • A booking confirmation and receipt will be sent for your deposit and final payment within 7 days.
